1. Refunds (Defective Products Only)
We offer refunds only if an order is defective, including:
Flowers that arrive significantly damaged
Flowers that arrive in poor or unacceptable condition
Orders that are incorrect due to our error
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Refund Process:
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
Photo documentation of the issue may be required.
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a full or partial refund applies and process it promptly.
2. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.
Non-defective items are not eligible for return or refund.
