Delivery Policy
At Lakeside Floral, we take pride in ensuring that your flowers are delivered promptly and with care. Here’s what you can expect:
Order Fulfillment: Your order will be handled by our shop or a trusted florist within our professional network to guarantee quality and timely delivery.
Delivery Times:
Business Deliveries: Orders to businesses will be delivered by 4:00 PM.
Residential Deliveries: Deliveries to residences are typically made between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM, though exact times may vary based on logistics.
Event and Funeral Service Deliveries: For events and funeral services, deliveries will arrive at least one hour prior to the scheduled event or as arranged in any specific contract agreements between the customer and Lakeside Floral.
Rush Deliveries: Rush delivery services may be available upon request. Additional charges may apply, depending on the urgency and logistics of the order.
Delivery Services: When practical, we may partner with third-party delivery services to complete your order.
Recipient Availability:
If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery time, and weather conditions permit, we may leave the product in a safe, accessible location and notify the recipient.
If no safe location is available, or if weather conditions are unfavorable, the delivery will be considered undeliverable. A second delivery attempt can be arranged, subject to an additional delivery fee, charged to the sender.
